• I chose the number 10 because for one I couldn't go any higher for two hi thoroughly enjoy working out in the atmosphere that live fit provides! Usually I dreaded the gym I dreaded doing any physical activity but atlas said I feel like I am in a family it is never the same work out the instructors are all full of energy and life and everyone is so encouraging.
