• Kailey has so much energy, she is just fun. Even when I don't feel like getting low, I get low anyway because she does going to work my booty. I kind of get lost in the club with the music. I also love having a little bit of an edgier song list. ..something I would not listen to with my kids but I can just be a little nasty.. 😛 Also, you could work as hard as you want to or you can taper back... all levels.
