• I love how Sean explains in detail all the postures so that we can maximise our yoga practice, avoid injury and gain benefit from each session. I feel incredibly safe and trust all his instructions. He's incredibly observant and is so present during each session. At the same time, he's generous hearted, warm and so very approachable. I love his classes!
