• The instructor made the class. She is a wealth of knowledge and is so adept at describing every intricate move that you can totally focus inward. The class is amazing. We work hard and are rewarded with impromptu humour from the teacher, and her acceptance involves the students for feedback and humour as well. Work hard, play hard - in perfect balance. I'm addicted!
