• I have recommended Live Yoga to two friends recently...both 40 y old and both highly 'fit'...they chose to join Hot Yoga! instead -- for the intensity of the 'workout'. ..not sure how live yoga can or should tackle this in terms of attracting a younger person looking for power yoga...but i see mostly older clientele at live yoga-- which is fine -- bc alot of people in white rock are older and great for me because I am in that group. but more people are moving to this area and perhaps this is a sector to target.

• Live Yoga is an open, friendly community. Yoga instructors are skilled and modify classes according to the needs of the participants. Rates are very reasonable. Love the live stream and option to access recorded classes.
