• I have recommended Live Yoga to two friends recently...both 40 y old and both highly 'fit'...they chose to join Hot Yoga! instead -- for the intensity of the 'workout'. ..not sure how live yoga can or should tackle this in terms of attracting a younger person looking for power yoga...but i see mostly older clientele at live yoga-- which is fine -- bc alot of people in white rock are older and great for me because I am in that group. but more people are moving to this area and perhaps this is a sector to target.
