• The instructions were so precise i could do the poses with my eyes closed. I also doubted myself that i would be capable or strong enough to do some of the more challenging poses so it was a huge confidence builder to be able to be guided in such a way that i was successful. Thank you Sean! Also loved the om chant, that set the mood for me and it was just enough (i wont lie, some classes ive tried that focus on relaxation have a tad too much spiritual jibber jabber and readings for me that i not only lose interest but also can't get into a space where i can quiet my mind 🙄).
