• I recommend live yoga all the time because I feel at peace there. I learn I enjoy I laugh I cry I feel at home when I'm there or at home in my own home doing it online. The instructors don't make you feel like another number it's like one big happy family.

• Live yoga offers everything I want in a yoga studio. I take class with Sean who has a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of yoga. I really enjoy his attention to detail and his delivery of cues to obtain various postures. I also take class with Line who teaches with joy and has a lovely balanced class. I enjoy her choice of music for our last resting posture. The studio is very clean and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and is very close to my home.
