I enjoyed the whole experience, from the comfortable clean fresh waiting area foyer to the modern workout room with all the latest equipment to the experienced knowledgeable teacher who was extremely welcoming & pleasant - thoroughly enjoyable

Im new to the Sunshine Coast and as a mature lady I was reluctant to start at a new pilates studio as i have multiple injuries but ive been welcomed and definitely looked after by both Steph and Emma. So yes, i would highly recommend Live Pilates.
