This brief Cryotherapy treatment will safely apply sub zero temperatures to your body for the stimulation & rejuvenation of your entire being. Provides relief from pain, soreness, inflammation, skin blemishes, & cellulite. All Whole Body Cryotherapy session are conducted by one of our trained and certified Live Cryo technicians who remains with you for the 2-3 minutes session. Your first Whole Body Cryotherapy appointment can take 15-20 minutes so that we can fully educate you on the process and answer any questions you may have so please arrive 10 minutes early if this is your fist appointment. After the first appointment, sessions typically take 5-7 minutes.
