• I had eyebrow microblading and powder brows done by someone else which did not come out good and I was very upset. I mean days of crying. I called in the morning and maybe 2 hours or less I was asked if I can come in the same day to have saline tattoo removal by Joann who was absolutely phenomenal. She explained everything in detail every step of the way. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable with her expertise and honesty. Something I was obviously lacking. She made a situation that seemed so horrible seem not so bad and I now have solutions. Even got a hug from her afterwards she truly cares which is hard to find
