• When I first emailed Lipstick Empire to set up a consult it was late at night and I got a reply right away and was booked in. I was late getting to my consultation and told them if they needed to rebook me I understood. Jen had no one booked after my designated appointment time so she still saw me. She took the time to explain what procedure was best for what the result I was looking for. Very professional - booked our next appointment and I got an email right away.

• My experience was absolutely wonderful. I went into my appointment feeling dry skinned and for lack of a better term, disgusting. I walked out of that appointment with a healthy glow and felt beautiful again after just one Glow Facial. Kathryn is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind, and made the experience very relaxing and refreshing.
