• I liked how 10min before my schedule as I was looking for the main entrance a man opened the door new to ask if I was Sivan's 11am appointment and escorted me to her studio. That alone made me feel as if my time was valued and made me feel secure since I have never been to that location and I know Sivan's client base and reputation is immaculate. Her receptionist was extremely pleasant, hear all my concerns and again made me confident, extremely comfortable & valued by providing me with a options and a cold beverage before I met Sivan. Sivan heralded was a great listener, and from her client's history I let her do her magic. Still recovering as a first time lips by Sivan client but have faith in her artistry.
