The office staff is always welcoming and friendly and
Dr Legere always knows exactly what I need and don't need. She is very honest and I always leave feeling my best.
I've been visiting Lip Med Spa for a few years already and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

This business has compromised products. The Botox they use is not effective. It did not work at all and when presented with the results wanted to charge more money after over charging on the first attempt. I would never recommend this business to anyone and would advise staying away from them!!!!

I just came back home from a visit to Lip Med Spa.
Greeted so warmly upon arrival by the front desk ladies.
Dr Claudia Legere is extremely attentive, pleasant , friendly and professional.
Can not recommend this place enough .

The spa was super clean and beautiful. I felt well informed and taken care of. I got the IPL Photofacial yesterdayand this was first experience getting one. I look CRAZY right now but I'm really excited to see what my results will be. As a groupon customer, im always nervous that there will be pressure to invest more money in other products or services, but that wasn't the case here. Because that pressure wasn't put on me in any way, it makes me trust them even more and want to come back for other services.

Update: it's been exactly one week since my IPL facial and pretty much all of the dark spots have sloughed off and my skin feels so smooth. The texture is gone and I'm really happy with my results so far!

Since my sister who was an aesthetician "Retired" I have seen 1 Dr. & 1 Certified Injector.
When 1 of my sisters came to town & I referred her to the Dr. I was seeing. They were booked & referred her to you LIP Med Spa. I was noticing how my own Dr. did not "seem" to accomplish what I requested, it was always a little shy of my wrinkles disappearing so I walked out & kept coming back for 2 months until I caught on.
I've been moving & doing yard work that I have never done before in my life because I've never had my own home. My eye brows are over grown, my fingernails & toe nails are broken!!
I'm exhausted, over worked & stressed out, putting myself out for everyone else, working so hard I just wanted to stop in & see if you could help me with a few issues. I was shocked that I was basically "refused" filler & was advised I had more of a texture "issue". I explained the area we were addressing was that way because of an "injectable" Ann Webb did that I was allergic to.
I patiently listened to the nice young girl who explained her "monthly" membership fee's & all the services which seemed like a good deal & walked away going wow. I even explained that my Plastic Surgeon: Dr. Cameron Craven (best face surgeon ever btw) injected Filler in that area when he did my FC to smooth out the area. You said you didn't want to give me a square jaw.?!? What? What kind of injections are talking about?? Seriously you obviously had issue with making me feel good about me that day. Shame on you.

i absolutely love Lip Med Spa! The whole team is helpful and friendly!! Claudia does an amazing job on my Botox and lip fillers. I have been to multiple places but Lip Med Spa is the best!

I gave Lip Med Spa a great review several years ago, but because my last experience was so negative I thought I should update. At my last visit, I was there for a 'buy 2 Volumna, get one Juvederm free'. During the appointment, Dr. Legere said that I didn't need the Juvederm (I am, however, 61 and don't go very often so I probably could have used it). I trusted her judgement and went without thinking that Lip Med Spa would hold it for me like similar spa's do. I left the office and while driving home, I received a call from the receptionist/assistant (not the doctor) telling me that the Juvederm was only for that appointment and therefore I lost the Juvederm (an equivalent of about $700)

Highly recommend! I have been going to Lip Med Spa and seeing Dr. Legere for the past 3 years. She is wonderful! I trust her completely to give me guidance of what to do and what NOT to do. She provides results that look amazing, but also natural! It is such a relief to have someone I trust to do Botox and other facial procedures. Their front office staff are also a joy to interact with! Very helpful and friendly!

Its always a good experience with Dr Claudia. She has an artist literally which is reflected in her work. Grateful
