• Meredith is amazing! She takes the time to understand the issues my body is up against and tailors my time with her to resolve those issues. She never rushes and it's always a relaxing and comfortable experience. I highly recommend her!

• The massages have been very therapeutic for me. I carry my tension in my upper back and neck. Last night I was so limber and comfortable I was able to enjoy my yoga in the AM before work, the next day.
