• My massage therapist Shantell is skillful, courteous and caring. Shante knows her craft and I have greatly benefited from the forms of massage I have received. I would come more than once a month if it was not so costly. However, I believe that I have benefited from receiving massage therapy once a month resulting in a reduction in my cortisol levels. I also have experienced great relaxation when receiving a massage which has helped me to practice relaxation in my daily routine.
