• I love the workout. My body feels sore, but in a good way. Ashley is awesome and really is encouraging and makes the workout challenging and fun. I feel I am getting a hard workout in a short Amy of time and my body is responding really well to it. Excited to see how quickly the results will appear from the outside, but so far I really like how my muscle and body feels.

• I've been coming to semi private classes since the Hermosa location opened, and I've consistently had a great experience. Both Carter and Brandon are exceptionally knowledgeable and are very skilled at tailoring class to individual fitness levels. Definitely my favorite workout!
