I had a great experience with Nick. The facility is very nice, the equipment is well maintained and the staff seem very competent. Nick did a good job of walking me through my first EMS workout and talking through what to expect afterwards. I had fun!

Nick was a great coach. He did a great job explaining what was going to happen and how to move through the workout. Very encouraging, but also did a great job pushing me to my max.

I chose 10 because the device was explained to me in great detail with the purpose and the function of what it supposed to do, the place was clean the training session was short sweet to the point. And it was something new I've never tried before and I was excited to come back and try it again
