The work out was intense . I really enjoyed the technology used to help my body. I have never I cooperated it with the actual physical activity. It was used to after the work out. I feel like this would be something different that my body can respond to. The pricing is way to high for me. However, I can still maximize my workout by doing my conventional training and adding this every other week.
