I feel better today than I have in a very long time. I woke up feeling like I had energy instead of feeling exhausted. I woke up feeling alert and hopeful andready to tackle my day with an open mind and an open heart. I can't wait to come back for more! I'm in the middle of a long drive I had to do today.
