I had a wonderful experience for my first session. It was very relaxing and warmed me up from the inside out. This warmth sensation lasted for several hours. I noticed I felt more calm and relaxed. The staff was very professional and answered all of my questions. I look forward to continuing these sessions and receiving the health benefits.

I love that the facility is ALWAYS clean. I never worry about people coming in without mask or cleaning up after using the pods. Management is super amazing, professional and always responsive!!
