• I always leave this studio feeling relaxed, refreshed and that I got a great workout in. Instructors are energetic, well trained and knowledgeable. The instructors and others in class have always created a safe space for everyone to do yoga in the way their body needs. No pressure to be a workout hero here. It's a safe space to do what your body needs, even if that's different than the instructor or everyone else.
