• I really enjoyed my first class there. People were nice, I didn't feel pressure in class to push beyond what I was able to do. I work out a lot but I don't do a lot of yoga. This was challenging and so good for my mind. Thank you

• There is a wide variety of classes from flow to sculpt. Instructors are all amazing and times are convenient.
