• When I selected to begin using their Free Week trial and came into the studio for the first class, I was greeted with energy and warmth. At other locations, I would experience a basic and bland standard sign in, class/process expectations and where the studios are. At Light House I felt valued from the very beginning and it made me feel that much more comfortable with pouring my time and energy into this location. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions if I needed to, or let my personal insecurities and guard down to enjoy and focus on myself and the class. For each class I have taken so far, I have been challenged, congratulated and again valued. I look forward to developing my skills and fitness levels here at Light House Y&F. I am thankful they are so close to my home.
