• Smells like a spa, super clean, professional and experienced instructors. When I'm at my worst emotionally, psychologically and/or physically, I'm always better after I've attended a class. Lighthouse is a drug that's legal and one for which a prescription is not necessary.

• Love the variety of class offerings and variety of class times that fit my schedule! All the instructors are amazing and welcoming! I can get everything I need here from power yoga to strength and HIIT as well as hot stretch for recovery! My only complaint is that there is too much chatter inside the studio before class and during final rest even though the instructors always tell the class to be mindful of others and limit chatting to the lobby. Love this studio!!
