• The environment it always welcoming and friendly. No matter if you have been doing yoga for years or it's your first time there is never judgement. There is a wide variety of classes and times to fit anyone's schedule.

• The instructor, Tonya was amazing!! I loved how she started the class with abs, which I find a lot of classes don't start that way. She was also motivating, had a wonderful sound track and she made the class fun! My sister and I love Light House!!
