• The service was great. I started the appointment in a panic because I was told when I arrived that the appointment was cancelled because the front desk person had tried to call and email me to say you needed a credit card to hold it. I didn't get the calls because it was an old number (which I didn't realize) and I didn't get the emails. So I started an appointment that I'd set because I need to relax in a panic. Please make it clear on the website that the client must have a credit card on file in order to confirm the appointment. I got an email that my appointment was confirmed-but nothing beyond that. Please make that more clear. I got my appointment only because the masseuse hadn't left yet. Her service was great. Thanks!
