• I gave Melissa and Life Essentials day spa the highest score possible as it was an excellent experience. The welcoming ambience of the spa is delightful – everyone makes you feel right at home. I relaxed both before and after my massage in the quiet room with a cup of tea, a warm neck pillow, and A delightful magazine. Melissa is a talented licensed massage therapist who seems to intuitively know how to help you with any aches and pains and make your massage experience as beneficial as possible. It was one of the best massages I have had and I will be back the next time we are in Steamboat Springs. Thanks to all!
