• To start, its a billion degrees outside and i walk into a hot stuffy front desk. Two gals are all smiles, assure me its cooler in the back, AC is broke.. they were super positive.. then Katie, so cute again upbeat and positive... said she had some tricks up her sleeve to help with the broken AC and she did! She also was very informative of products and what she thought would work well on my skin. If I was to find a negative id say they should have informed me ahead of time about the heat, but overall just felt everyone was super kind and positive.
