The video yoga sessions with Sam and Theresa were very good, just what we all need in the crazy world we live in right now! Well done Liberty Wellbeing for keeping the yoga going. Not as fun as physically being in classes of course but nothing we can do about that for now. Peace and wellbeing to all x
