You guys got experienced people example they spotted my body has some stability issues also they weren't afraid to make me sweat, which is was what I wanted!Also gave very valuable advice like my shoes were not proper running shoes,I was clues to be honest. Beau is great! Attention to detail and very knowledgeable. I like that the equipment is more specialized...not something that you find at big box gyms. The people are also very welcoming; it doesn't feel as intimidating as I thought it would be. Overall, I really like it there!
