• My family has been going for years. It is especially helpful that I get one-on-one personal training for myself and my daughter. And the cryotherapy services are always so helpful when we need them. Wade Lauren and Tony are so intelligent inspirational and caring in all that they do and going to the gym is not something that I dread but something I look forward to. And in 60 years of living.... I have never felt that way about exercise.
