Level was a small, client and staff friendly environment. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The physical atmosphere was unique and the equipment absolutely top notch. I am so sad to see it close. There was nothing like it and there never again will be. I wish this decision could be reversed. Now is not the time for another disappointment. Level was a place where I could go to get away from all the insanity in the world. Just very sad and disappointed that this happened.
