I guess I'm a bit premature in my rating as my Botox hasn't had enough time to settle in. That said, my 10/10 rating so far is based on the facility being nice, Jen being thorough and addressing all my questions including long term facial balancing to skincare. I really appreciated her being honest about what would improve my appearance and what wouldn't, as well as providing the associated costs to the treatment recommendations so I can budget for them. I've already ordered the skincare she recommended, and I'm excited to see how that and the Botox works over the next 6 weeks. Jen also provided ice when I was about to faint (a common thing for me). I will mention that I did wait for 30+ minutes, but that is not something I would base a rating on knowing that excellent professionals are busy and pulled in a lot of directions. What's important to me is the quality of treatment. Lastly, I appreciated the receptionist that I spoke to today adding my Botox point to the alle rewards program as I didn't think to sign up until after my appointment.
