Office staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Theresa was not only knowledgeable in her laser skills but took the time to explain in detail to make me feel so comfortable. She made me feel like I was her most important client. Didn't feel rushed in any way. In my 30+ yrs of visiting establishments to ward off aging Lemmon Ave. beats them all. Theresa will be the last laser tech to ever touch my face!!!
