My son is very happy going there . He has mild Cerebral Palsy and was worried that he wouldn't be able to join but the coach made him feel welcomed and adjusts some of the moves for his ability.

High quality sessions as always.Really enjoyed the structure along with the breakdown of the moves taught to myself and the class. This also further enhances the understanding of the MMA skillset. Furthermore I always learn a lot of under the guidance of Coach Khalid Ismail. Also the vibe at Legion grappling academy is usually calm&welcoming!
