Both myself and another mum discussed about sparring lessons and she spoke to the coach about it. I have seen a significant difference lately in the quality of the lessons, I have always appreciated the efforts put in, however it was great to see coaches taking recommendations and implementing them. What sets legions apart from others is the deep rooted Islamic values and the relationship between coaches and students. Truly admirable.
