High quality sessions as always.Really enjoyed the structure along with the breakdown of the moves taught to myself and the class. This also further enhances the understanding of the MMA skillset. Furthermore I always learn a lot of under the guidance of Coach Khalid Ismail. Also the vibe at Legion grappling academy is usually calm&welcoming!
