• I see great progress in my sons boxing technique. Also the coaches are fantastic. They are very caring reliable and consistent. They do not rush the kids out at a certain time and they take their time with each kid.

• As a first time goer I didn’t feel uncomfortable, the instructor Yessi helped me without pointing me out and drawing attention to my errors and that is something I look for when visiting new places! The class was fun, staff were great, the gym was air conditioned and the music was great!
