  • Beautiful space. Massage was very well done. The only thing that turned me off was the woman at the front desk. I don’t think she fully grasps that she is ‘director of first impressions’ at your facility. She was short, unfriendly and acted inconvenienced by any question or request.

  • I love your Beltline location. Eleanore F. is the best massage therapist I have ever been to BY FAR. And the friendliest!! And your facilities are great too. The only hassle about your spa is the expensive parking:(, but I can't see how you have much control over that. I wish I lived closer to Calgary so I could come to the spa way more often. ... My only suggestions for your spa? I don't drink and drive. It would be great to enjoy a glass of wine in your lounge before a massage, not after? Seems the policy is to have a glass of wine after a massage. Not for me....Before a massage seems much safer and much more appropriate. I can barely drive after a great massage. Wine would totally make my driving unsafe!! Oh, and I forgot or lost the customer feedback card giving you the chance for a free massage...Maybe put that online for people like me who lose things??   • I had a great experience. The hot towel on my face half way through a huge factor in my relaxation. I've never had that before in a massage and I really appreicated it. I was also one of the last clients for the day and I didn't feel rushed. I sat in the lounge and had tea, used the sauna and took a shower. No one checked in to see if I was almost done or rushed me in anyway. It was until I left that I realized I might have been keeping staff there, but I felt respected and enjoyed the time I was allowed to relax. I've been to other spa's that have rushed me out at the end of my service because they were closing. I appreciate that I didn't have that feeling at Leela.
