My facial was just what I wanted. My aesthetician (Laney) was thoughtful and asked me great questions about my skin, even though she had already read through my file thoroughly. My face feels so soft and hydrated today. I know that she is a fairly new aesthetician to the spa, but I find her very easy to talk to and she has a good understanding about my skin care needs (which are very complicated due to my medical conditions). The only other person that is even allowed to touch my skin at the spa is Priti, but she reassured me that Laney was up for the task and to trust her. I'm very pleased that I did!
