Felt instantly comfortable. All staff were welcoming. Nicole was fabulous (best Brazilian experience in Charlotte so far) and I felt like she is a great fit for my skin care goals after talking with me about my skin and what I'm looking for in a facial. Price points very reasonable for service provided.

Nicole is wonderful and I just love her!!! She does the best job and is very thorough. Priti and rest of the staff are always friendly and make you feel welcomed. There are safety precautions in place and you always feel like they put your health first. Thank you guys!!!!!
