Lisa's knowledge and absolute passion and commitment to not only her client, but the company she works for is very obvious. There is something to be said for that feeling of loyalty that the client can sense. In addition, the kindness and hospitality that is CONSISTENT at the front desk. Regardless if it in person, or on the phone. I have worked in the 'retail' world and worked in an industry were building customer loyalty sustained, grew and or destroyed your account base. It is something that absolutely, unequivocally comes from the TOP. I have never met the owner, (not yet☺️) but I surmise by what my experience has been thus far, that she leads with her heart. She leads with integrity and a true passion for her staff, her clients and for what she does. Overall wellness, helping men and women optimize their skin care. I have experienced several other "spa" places in Charlotte, from, the private run venues to The Ritz, and the cookie cutter franchise. There is nothing to 'envy', nor any 'heightened' experience. There is a lack of soul and attention to truly engaging with the client, often leaving one feeling confused and or, uncertain of what is best for ones own skin. Without doubt LISA has helped me to understand my skin. She has listened to me, and guided me with what I asked for. Easy steps, not 27 not 13, easy, effective and simple. I don't want to look at a note book on what steps I have to do in the morning and at night...she has made it very easy and I SEE RESULTS! My friends and family have noticed and I get compliments on my skin! I am very, very grateful
