Le Boudoir Blow Dry Bar - Westport

Great spot was much better than the other. Low dry bar chain in Fairfield and westport did a great beach's wave as asked to, will come again soon!

My first time here AWESOME experience!!! I booked on the last minute blowout app! Lisa did an amazing job with my hair for the event I was going to ! Everyone was so warm and friendly! Love the environment felt so calm and comfortable! Worth every penny ! Definitely highly recommend and will be back :)

I was skeptical from the 3 reviews as they scored low and said they couldn't work with curly hair. I am glad I took a chance because the experience was great. Ana did my blow out and she was fantastic, gentle, and professional. The owner was also very accommodating when I told him about my concerns. I have very curly (half black) hair - I get a weekly blow out because I like my flowing locks. Traveling for work, I stopped here for a blow out before a work event. Very reliable and talented. Great conversation and wonderful/quick/convenient blow out. Also no iron used - the less heat the better! I will visit again when I am in the area. Recommended

Brought my two daughters for braids Not only did the Kristine make them feel comfortable, she was stylish and the girls loved the experience. Lovely place clean fast great service and friendly staff.

This salon is a gem of a find in Westport! The stylists are fantastic. I've had the pleasure of being in the chair with Kristine, Ana and Shanice - all amazing. They're able to blow dry with solely the blow dryer. Wow!

While I would give the stylist a 5 star rating, the customer service when I checked out, gets 1 star.

Le Boudoir has an online program to get "last minute prices", the caveat is that you have to leave a credit card on the site. When I went to register, my browser notified me that it was an unsecure website. Instead of putting my credit card on an unsecure website to make an appointment, I called.

Later, when I checked out at Le Boudoir, I was informed that they would give me the last minute price this time, but not in the future. It was only available online with my credit card. I explained about the unsecured website and was told that they have "thousands" of people using it.

They will not allow me to call and get the last minute price because it was against the rules. To get the price I had to leave my card on the website. I remarked that they could, if they wanted me as a customer. I have been going to Le Boudoir since they opened.

I was told I would not find a better price. I answered that while that may be true, I would certainly find a place that valued customer service and my business. As a weekly blowout customer, I would have hoped that would have been meaningful. It was not.

I have been to this location for awhile. I have gotten decent blowouts here but not so amazing that I would continue using their services. I am usually the only customer there. Many times the stylists run late. I had one who was rude and burned my scalp. There are plenty alternatives in westport and this place won't stay in business because nobody supervises the stylists. Also, if you buy a package they hold your credit card and if you cancel they will deduct the full cost of an appointment from your card. Plenty of other places do a better job for the same cost.

Easy to book The Last Minute Blowout, price is right and the stylist Shanice was very good.

This place was once a gem. The prices have shot up, and the cost does not justify the mediocre service, wait time, no customer service, etc. Beware, if you have any kind of curly hair, they will not only charge you, but many stylists do not want to do your hair. Website is not great, and they will hold your CC. Beware that no one actually picks up in Westport, so you cannot rehab stylist there.

Westport is great and the prices are highly reasonable. Kristine, Shanice, and Ana are great, very pleasant and polite.
