Sarah is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and she shared some of that with me (I'm a nursing student so I wanted to know about the muscles she was massaging). She got to all my painful areas and had my body feeling nice and relaxed. Sarah is very professional and curates a welcoming environment. Her passion shows through her work. She has a way with the small details that elevate the experience. I told her my hands were giving me some issues and she was able to get my hands get the tenseness out! She was able to pinpoint my area of pain with ease. She was able to find places that I didn't even realize were sore. I will be back to see her!!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The space was so clean and nicely decorated and so cozy. My massage therapist, Krista, was fantastic and really listened to where my problem areas were and gave some great advice as well. Thank you!!
