The staff who greeted me were extremely friendly and welcoming. Hope was very professional and gave an amazing massage, focussing perfectly on my areas of concern. Maya was so sweet and gentle, always checking to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable while providing a wonderful derma planing facial and pedicure.I felt very well taken care of, and left feeling refreshed with a smooth, glowing face, and pretty toes! An amazing experience with the most incredible staff. Thank you so much ❤️

Everything was amazing, from the booking to the payment process! I intended to book three appointments myself, however I had some difficulty due to being busy at work so I sent a follow up email. Despite my lack of good communication the receptionist booking the appointments was more than understanding and accommodating. I recently had a facial peel and am in the midst of the "purge and peel" process so I was feeling a bit self conscious and wanted to feel pretty, this is where Maya comes in. Maya was amazing to me, she was so attentive and made me feel so well taken care of and pampered. She was helpful with choosing colours, a delight to talk to, and over the moon professional. Maya made sure my time at Layers made me feel good and pretty again. The slow pace and tranquility of the services was exactly what I was looking for and Maya ensured I was well taken care of. I booked the Blush Beauty pedicure as the next day I had a hair appointment at Blush Beauty, I love being able to support local, and the community connection of booking a service in ode to another small business felt really good. At the end of the night while I was settling up I asked to give a small thank you to the staff member who booked my appointment and I was assured it would get to them. The whole experience was amazing. I have given many Layers Spa gift cards to friends and family, it was so nice to go treat myself and be reminded of how wonderful the experience is.
