My first experience was not the greatest. (Pedicure and mani) You offered to fix it and I was still unsatisfied with the quality of manicure after trying to repair it. The next step was to offer a refund and I appreciated the way the situation was managed. I believe this was an isolated situation with one employee. I didn't end up coming in for the refund as I felt the gesture to refund was gracious enough I didn't want to take money from a small business. Since then I've come in for a dozen massages and the service from the front desk staff to the service providers has been 10/10 I have nothing negative to say and would recommend the establishment to friends and family.
