• YW. At other places, I walk away feeling like my nails have had surgery because the machines are so strong (filing). I also feel like I have to explain what shape looks best on my nails. This was a refreshing experience because she knew what she was doing! (I do not want comment published). Thanks.

• I think the appointments should be based on time they will take to complete between clients. I always go in for a big job n I state it when I schedule, which means it's time consuming but having to wait more than 15 mins. To be seated just adds to my time there. Yesterday my artist, Rosa couldn't even do my nails. Because she had someone that required a lot of time. I liked that the receptionist acknowledged that n assigned me to someone else. Still I'm very happy with the job the mom n daughter team did. I would just prefer to go in an not wait. I'm always punctual. Xiomara
