• -Great customer service the second I walked in. - the spa experience began as soon as I walked in. I was escorted to the restroom to change into a robe, then sit in a comfortable chair and sip a lovely glass of champagne 🍾 as I waited However -The wait was not long at all. Dayla was soon there to walk with me to the room. - Dayla shared what I could expect in my visit And - as the facial began she would explain various facts of the product being used, why it was chosen, what she was noticing about my skin ( good and bad ... not just bad notifications) - she was quite any chance she had to allow me to just enjoy the spa treatment - always made sure that actions taken were not causing stinging or such. - no hard sale at the end to purchase products though I did purchase the two she showed me - the lady that checked me out shared they have a membership but again no hard sale which is so nice ! Yes. I'll consider membership when it is not a hard sale and either way, I will return because they didn't hard sale. - Julia

• We know you are remodeling, but the out of place ceiling tile just above the recliners near the employee/beverage lounge opening was a glaring jolt to the senses. A little noisy there too with them talking. I was in a room close to the front door, the mechanical "ding" was obvious many times. How about a more natural "tinkle" bell? (I figure you need them to be able to hear it in the back) This feedback is not intended to be critical, just honest 😊 We are only there occasionally, but I do appreciate such a fine service in Keller and LOVE that you are able to expand!
