• I had a situation in which I had to leave rather quickly following my service due to a scheduling conflict on my end. This lead to basically me saying 'I know I have a credit' and clarifying my tip amount before running out the door. There was an issue in which my credit wasn't showing in the system and I received a call letting me know a charge was processed for the whole amount. After I got out of my other meeting, I was able to call and clarify the situation, and my refund was promptly processed. I really appreciated how professionally the situation was handled and I basically learned that in the future I might need to clarify my account status to ensure my credits are properly applied.
